Halloween 2013

We celebrated Halloween on multiple days.  We had a costume play date at the park with our old play group.  Claire had Halloween festivities at school.  My mom and I took the girls to a pumpkin patch.  And finally, we trick-or-treated with Jeff's sister and their girls.

Claire's preschool has some fun Halloween activities for the kids.  They do a costume parade outside school and the church's offices followed by a class party.  There's also a hayride and a "pumpkin patch" where each kid gets to pick up a pumpkin to take home.  Claire loved all her little pumpkins.  And yes, they are pumpkins this year.  No more calling them apples like last year.

Finally carved a pumpkin on Oct 30th.  Claire loved it.

It was an excellent Halloween.  Claire had a blast!  She still asks about Halloween over a month later!
